![]() International arbitration events in SydneyRecent events in Sydney have confirmed appreciable growth in the use of and interest in international arbitration in the Asia Pacific region, and particularly Australia. Last week saw two conferences and the birth of a new cooperation of 17 Asia-Pacific based arbitration institutions. The latter - the Asia Pacific Regional Arbitration Group ('APRAG') - will ensure the expansion of international arbitration in the Asia-Pacific region continues.
